How can infernal have made the song from Paris to Berlin. They're not even in the same continent, or is there a suburban town in some random location either called Paris or Berlin? Or did she actually take a world tour?

Please have a look at a map of Europe, and you'll find Paris and Berlin ARE on the same continent. Paris is the capital of France, and Berlin is the capital of Germany. Both are connected by road, train, and plane, and many people travel between the two cities each year. Infernal come from Denmark, also a European country, and from here it is very easy to get to both Germany and France.
